This DIY Valentine’s Day grapevine wreath is so easy, you can whip it up during a commercial break using cheap supplies from the dollar store!

Wreaths are my jam, and it’s my mom’s fault.
Hey, Mom! {hand waving}
I’m convinced we must have lived next to a French winery in a past life and snipped overgrown grapevines to sustain our wreath-making habit.
Easy and quick crafts are all I have time for, thanks to working 40 hours per week, parenting two young kids, and keeping this ol’ blog alive.
Although I don’t have time to weave the wreaths myself, I can spare 5 minutes to decorate one to add to my growing collection of DIY Valentine’s Day decorations for our home.
This easy-peasy DIY Valentine’s Day grapevine wreath is the perfect project if you love crafting but don’t have time to craft.
Let’s make it!

How to Decorate a Grapevine Wreath for Valentine’s Day
Quick! There’s a commercial on, and although we all love a good “Dilly Dilly!” advertisement, look away from the TV for five minutes and assemble your Valentine’s Day grapevine wreath.
- Arrange your stickers on the wreath in a way you like.
- Peel the backings off and stick them on. If the adhesive doesn’t seem strong enough, add a dot of hot glue to secure the sticker to the wreath.
- Loop a ribbon around the top.
- Hang and enjoy!

This cute Valentine’s Day grapevine wreath is the perfect last-minute addition to your front door, and your kids will love to use the leftover stickers on cards for their friends!
