Between walking the dog, making school lunches, wrangling children into clothes, and getting ready for work, I don’t have time to eat breakfast at home. Instead, I bring instant oatmeal, an egg to cook in the microwave, cereal, or yogurt with granola with me to the office. This easy crunchy granola recipe from my friend Tammy at Hey Fitzy makes me want to pack homemade granola for breakfast instead of the packaged stuff.
Before you run off to grab this delicious and easy crunchy granola recipe, let me introduce you to Tammy, who’s participating with me in the Spectacular Summer Blog Hop!
What story does your family always tell about you?
I once served my mother-in-law popcorn for lunch. It is a long story but needless to say I have never lived it down.
What’s your favorite family recipe?
My great grandmother’s cookie recipe. Been making them every Christmas for just about my whole life.
Well, now I have to ask her about the popcorn incident!
